Mamy do przekazania Wam decyzję, która nie była dla nas łatwa do podjęcia. Walczyliśmy do samego końca, by zorganizować targi Kanaba Fest jeszcze w tym roku, ale okoliczności sprawiły, że nie jest to możliwe.
Niepewna przyszłość na pandemicznym horyzoncie oraz zmiany w naszej ukochanej lokalizacji sprawiły, że 5-ta edycja stanęła pod ogromnym znakiem zapytania.
Naturalną decyzją w tym przypadku – i mamy nadzieję, że się z nami zgodzicie – jest przełożenie targów na 2021 rok. Aktualny stan jest dla nas bardzo ciężki, ponieważ włożyliśmy wiele pracy w tę edycję od maja wierząc, że za kilka miesięcy sytuacja ulegnie zmianie na lepsze.
Będziemy wdzięczni za wszelkie wsparcie z Waszej strony. Mamy nadzieję, że przetrwamy ten ciężki rok razem i powrócimy w 2021 ze zdwojoną siłą!
Dear exhibitors, partners, friends,We need to share with you a decision, which was not ease for us to make. We fought to the very end to organize Kanaba Fest expo this year, but the circumstances made it impossible to happen do to two major reasons. Firstly: nobody knows if this coming fall will not bring new restrictions for event organizers nor if it will be possible to produce any kinds of mass events at all. Your safety is most valuable for us and we would not want to endanger your health or life.
As people become more aware of the threat of COVID-19, we see a big decline in interest in public gatherings due to the fear of being infected. We do not want to contribute to the development of the pandemic. Secondly, in our beloved venue Forum Wydarzeń the tenant has changed. The owners decided to adjust to the new situation and we learnt overnight that Forum is no longer an exhibition space. We were looking for a new location, but ended up unable to find a place that would meet safety and comfort standards that we have accustomed you with.
Best solution in this situation is – and we hope that you will agree with us on that matter – is to postpone Kanaba Fest until 2021. Current situation is very difficult for us, because we put a lot of work in this edition and since May we believed that in a few months the situation will change for better.
