Sativex multiple sclerosis drug. Sativex is a cannabinoid oromucosal mouth spray developed by GW Pharmaceuticals for multiple sclerosis patients. It is used to alleviate neuropathic pain, spasticity, overactive bladder, and other symptoms. It is also being trialled as a pain control drug for cancer patients.
